Sports massage is a deep tissue massage that helps to keep muscle fascia, ligaments and tendons supple and helps to prevent injury. Many sports people come to me regularly to help keep themselves injury free. Different sports done repeatedly will give common areas of injury; such as runners knee and tennis elbow for example. Keeping these areas stress free hugely helps to reduce injury. Prevention is far better than cure!
I’m always looking at ways to expand my knowledge and further my skills to help all my clients, as everyone is different and needs to be treated as an individual. So I’m often found going off on another course to widen my qualifications.
